Pottery By Jen

Jennifer Hunter is a dedicated studio member and ceramic/pottery artist who crafts functional stoneware at the Nu Ceramics Studio on McLeod Avenue in Fredericton, NB.

Jennifer specializes in wheel-thrown, everyday functional ware—such as textured mugs, pour-over sets, and deep serving bowls—finished in rich, earthy glazes that reflect the natural Maritime landscape. 

In addition to being an active studio member at the Nu Ceramics Pottery Studio, Jennifer is an avid volunteer with the Clay Crew, helping maintain the communal studio workspace, reclaiming clay, and supporting fellow makers. 

Beyond her studio volunteer hours, she frequently showcases her functional pieces at local artisan markets across the Fredericton region and advocates for strong, collaborative maker spaces.
